Limoncello

Traditionally served cold as a digestif. The higher the proof of the vodka, the more lemon flavor your finished product will have.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup lemon rind strips
• 4 cups vodka
• 3 cups water
• 1 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon and vodka, cover and let stasnd for 2 weeks.

Make simple sugar by combining water and sugar. Boil and cool.

Strain and combine with simple sugar.
