Davis Chicken Salad

I had this chicken salad at Diana's Mom's house when we went to a jewelry party there. She served them on Hawaiian rolls and it was excellent! The ingredients here are eyeballed, but she did give me some estimates. Play around with it to your tasting and enjoy!

Chicken (Sam's-All white, canned)
mayonnaise (2/3 cup)
powdered sugar (1/4 cup)
sour cream (1/3 cup)
cashews
grapes

Step 1

Mix all of the following ingredients and chill.

Serve on Hawaiian Rolls.
