Ingredients
- 4 medium green or red apples
- 1 juice from lemon
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- honey
- 1/2 cup preserves
- 2 sheets puff pastry (frozen)

Preparation
Step 1
slice apples and sit in water and 1/2 lemon juice and microwave 3 minutes
roll out pastry sheet / narrow
mix 3 TB preserves with 2 TB water in a separate bowl and spread on pastry
then line apples so half off pastry sheet
roll and put in cupcake containers
375 degrees for 35-45 minutes
