- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1 3 1/4 oz. box lemon pie mix (jello)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Coconut

Step 1
Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in 2 8" pans.
Prepare lemon pie filling as directed.
Whip Cream.
Fold pie filling into whipped cream.
Frost cake and coat outside with coconut.
