Chicken Pockets

By

A yummy chicken dish kids love. Freezes well, but a bit time consuming to make, if you have to make a lot of them.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix chicken, cream cheese, milk and salt in a medium bowl(mixing with hands works best) to make filling. This can be stored in a freezer bag and frozen for later use.

Unroll crescent rolls. Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation. Press dough along each perforation so that the rectangle halves will not separate.

Place about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Fold dough over the filling, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Pockets are good served hot or cold.
