  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 LB butter
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1




cream butter & sugar,
add beaten eggs mixed w/ sour cream
add sifted dry ingredients
mix & add vanilla

place 1/2 of batter in 8" sq. pan & sprinkle w/ 1/2 of topping
pour on remaining batter & sprinkle w/ remaining topping

bake @350 for 45 min

TOPPING:
mix all ingredients together well
