  • 1 C Crisco Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2/3 C Water
  • 1 Can Libby's Pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 C & 1 T Flour

Step 1

Mix ingredients in mixer. Place mixture in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Muffins: 15-17 mins?
