Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C uncooked mostaccioli
- 8 bacon strips, diced
- 1 jar (4 1/2oz) whole mushrooms,
- drained
- 3/4 C 1/2 & 1/2 cream
- 1/3 C butter, cubed
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 6-8 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C sliced green onions

Preparation
Step 1
cook mostaccioli according to pkg directions
meanwhile, in lg. skillet, cook bacon over med. heat until cdrisp
using slotted spoon remove to paper towels do drain
brown mushrooms in drippings
remove to paper towels
drain drippings from pan
add cream, butter, parsley, garlic, pepper sauce & salt to skillet
cook & stir over med heat until butter is melted
drain mostaccioli
add to cream mixture
stir in bacon, mushrooms & cheese
heat through
remove from heat
sprinkle w/ green onions
