Ingredients

• 1 carton (18oz) refrig. fully cooked
• barbecued shredded pork
• 1 pkg (12 1/2oz) nacho tortilla
• chips
• 2 C (8oz) shredded mex. cheese blend
• 1/2 C sour cream
• 1/2 C salsa
• 1/2 C shredded lettuce
• 1/4 C thinly sliced gr. onions
• 1/4 C sliced ripe olives, optional

Preparation

Step 1

heat pork according to pkg directions
place tortilla chips on lg. microwave save serving plate
layer w/ pork & cheese

microwave, uncovered on high for 1-2 min or until cheese is melted
top w/ all other ingredients
