Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni
- 4 oz bocconcini
- basil and pecorino

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Press dough into oiled rimmed baking sheet. Cover and set aside until doubled.
Top with tomato sauce, and cheese. Bake until just crisp, 5-10 minutes. Top with pepperoni and bocconcini, bake until bubble, 5 more minutes. Garnish with basil and pecorino.
