Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 pkg Stove Top Chicken
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts/ Stir Fry type Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Sm Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/3 C Sour Cream
- Peas and Carrots

Step 1
Make Stuffing: Bring to a boil 1 2/3 cups water and 1/4 Cup butter and add seasoning pkg. Cover and simmer for 5 mins. Or make according to the box.
Put cream of chicken soup, sour cream and milk in the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 dish. Boil Chicken until white and drain. Add Rotisserie chicken or boiled chicken to the top of soup mixture. Add Veggies (if you want too) and then top with stuffing mix (already made).
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
