Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken or Beef
- 2 T. Oil
- Onion- sliced
- 1/2 lb. Fresh Broccoli
- (slice and separate florets)
- 1 lb. Carrots- sliced
- Water Chestnuts
- 2-2 1/2 T. Soy Sauce
- Chow Mein Noodles
- Raw Rice w/Chicken Base and water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix T. soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
With fry pan on high, fry meat for 1 minute. Add other ingredients. Toss until warm- still crunchy. Add 2-2 1/2 T soy sauce. Mix and serve with rice.
