Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Chicken or Beef
  • 2 T. Oil
  • Onion- sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Fresh Broccoli
  • (slice and separate florets)
  • 1 lb. Carrots- sliced
  • Water Chestnuts
  • 2-2 1/2 T. Soy Sauce
  • Chow Mein Noodles
  • Raw Rice w/Chicken Base and water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix T. soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
With fry pan on high, fry meat for 1 minute. Add other ingredients. Toss until warm- still crunchy. Add 2-2 1/2 T soy sauce. Mix and serve with rice.
