Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 1/4 lbs ground Ham (1 lb)
- 2/3 lb ground Pork (1 lb)
- 2/3 lb Hamburger (1 lb)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 T. Minced Onion
- 1 Cup Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 T. Green Pepper
- Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ham pork and beef: Add eggs, tomato sauce, cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper and salt. Shape into golf size balls. Place in flat baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Mean while make sauce by dissolving brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard in a pan. Pour over ham balls after tehy have baked 1 hour.
