- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat oven to 425.
2.) Trim and wash asparagus then arrange in a shallow roasting pan.
3.) Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.) Toss asparagus to evenly coat.
5.) Roast in oven for 10-12 minutes.
6.) Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with blue cheese, then top with walnuts
