Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Pat or roll out to 11- x 8-inches. Spread 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce lightly over the whole rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border.
Arrange the pepperoni, salami and provolone over the pizza sauce and top with the mozzarella.
Start rolling from the short end of the dough, over and over until reaching the end. Pinch the ends to seal. Place on the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes, then use a serrated knife to cut into 2-inch slices.
Serve with the remaining pizza sauce for dipping.

Grandma's Secret Tip
Frozen bread dough can be used instead of the refrigerated pizza dough. Defrost according to package directions & proceed.
