Ingredients
- 1 c butter, melted
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 2 c uncooked white rice
- 1 c water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t chopped fresh parsley
- 2 10 1/2oz cans comsomme
- 1 4oz can mushroos, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min.
