Ingredients
- ~ 1.25 cup oats
- ~ 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- ~ 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- ~ 2 spoonfuls of psyllium husk flakes
- ~ 1/2 cup chopped dates
- ~ 1/4 cup dry quinoa
- ~ 1.5-2.5 tbsp oil - coconut, walnut, olive, other?
- ~ 1.5-2.5 tbsp maple syrup
- cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt to taste

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Cook quinoa according to package
3. Chop dates
4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
6. Take out, let cool. Enjoy with yogurt, fruit, or by the handful!
Yields about 10 .25 cup servings at about 150 calories per serving.
