Frozen Bread Pizza Roll/ Kim J's (Jake loves)

Ingredients

• 3 - frozen bread loaves (thaw and let rise)
• 1 Egg
• oregano
• 1 lb Hamburger (browned and drained)
• or Sausage or 1 pkg Pepperoni
• 12 oz Mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Set out frozen bread dough on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with butter sprayed plastic wrap. Thaw bread dough and let rise over night. Roll out and top with egg & oregano mixture, meat of choice and cheese. Roll up and brush with remaining egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. 30-35 mins. Bake 2 on a cookie sheet at a time.
Slice and eat.
3 loaves feeds 6 people.
4 loaves feeds 8 people.
Great dipped in Pizza

You can also roll out and top with ham, turkey, pepper jack cheese, cheddar slices , peppers etc. Don't need to coat with egg and oregano.
