Glazed Ham with Raspberry Enlightenment

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 8-10 LB bone-in ham
- 15-30 whole cloves
- 2 C orange juice
- 1 TBL coarsely grd. fresh black pepper
- 1/4 C raspberry enlightenment
- 1/4 C honey
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 C reg. mustard powder

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 325
wash ham & pat dry
score ham to help fat run off during cooking
stud ham w/ as many whole cloves as desired
poking sm. hole in ham w/ thin knife & then sliding clove in instead of pushing it in will help keep clove heat intact, which is the sweetest part of the clove
place ham in roasting pan & bake @ 325 for abt. 2 to 2-1/2 hrs or until internal temp reaches 130
while ham is baking, put orange juice in sm. saucepan & heat over med high heat until orange reduces by half
add remaining glaze ingred. & stir to combine
remove from heat
when int. temp of ham reaches 130, coat generously w/ glaze & return to oven
continue baking ham until internal temp reaches 165, abt another 30 min, basting w/ glaze every 10 min
