Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg & salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine blueberries, water, honey, lemon juice and spices. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into blueberry mixture. Bring to a boil to thicken. Serve warm or cold.
