Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1" cubes, browned in oil
- Green & yellow beans
- Carrots
- Onion
- Pearl barley
- Beet tops
- Dill
- Peas
- Salt & pepper
- Chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer beef in chicken broth for 1 hour to tenderize. Add rest of ingredients, except for beet tops, dill and peas, and simmer for 2 hours. Add rest for last 1/2 hour.
