Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1 carrot, chopped fine
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 lb Mozarella cheese
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese
- 1 package lasagna noodles, cooked, drained and & rinsed in cold water
- Bechamel Sauce: Milk, butter, flour, s&p.

Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam. Layer a bit of meat sauce, then noodles, meat sauce, white sauce, then cheese. Make sure to put white sauce around outside ring so it does not get dry. Layer 3-4 tiimes, ending with meat sauce and cheese. After taking out of freezer and thawed, add a little tomato sauce or paste around edge.
