Ingredients

  • Alfredo Sauce:
  • 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 12- oz box Fettuccine Pasta (boil and drain)
  • Chicken:
  • Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken breast (cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or regular parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Cup Bisquick

Preparation

Step 1

Alfredo Directions:
1.Melt the butter in a saucepan over med. heat.
2. Add the cream, garlic powder and pepper and simmer for 10 mins or soft boil.
3. At the same time, boil pasta and drain.
4. When Alfredo sauce has reached desired consistency, stir in the Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour over pasta.

Chicken Directions:
Mix above ingredients in a zip lock bag. Shake Chicken in bag. Lay in a 9x13 foil lined pan. Melt butter and put in bottom of pan first. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 mins. Flip mid way.
Lay chicken on Alfredo Pasta.
Optional: You can add broccoli if desired.
