Ingredients
- 8-12 scallops, depending on the size
- 1 tbsp olive oil +1/2 tsp butter
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 red chile, chopped
- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt & pepper
- Spaghetti, enough for two people
- Chopped coriander, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Heat non stick pan until hot and add butter and olive oil.
Once scallops are flipped, add garlic and chile.
Cook for about a minute then add the lime juice and sugar. Add the spaghetti into the pan and toss until well mixed.
This is a delicious blend of flavors, the tart lime and hot chile does make for some great tasting scallops!
I would add some cheese (I'm a cheese fan ;-)
