Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana, peeled and cut into thirds
- 1 large peach, halved pitted and peeled
- 4 oz pitted dates (about 5 large dates)
- 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 cup unflavored soy isolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes (about 8)
