Ingredients
- Honey Crisp Apple
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 Tbl apricot preserves
- 2 Tbl water
- Cinnamon
- Confectioner's sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut apple in very thin slices and put in microwave for approx 1 min to soften-they should be able to bend
2. Mix apricot preserves & 2 Tbl water *
3. Roll puff pastry sheet thin and cut into 6 pieces
4. Spread thin layer of preserves/water on sheet. Layer apples with rounded edges sticking out. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Then fold up rest of pastry over apples
5. Roll up and put in paper baking cup in muffin pan
6. Bake 325 for 30-35 mins
7. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
*Note: Instead of apricot preserves & water, you can also use melted caramel
