Chicken Tortilla Casserole 0 Picture


  • 5 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz black olives, sliced and drained
  • 4 oz diced chiles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • tortillas, cut into 1/2" strips
  • 10 oz shredded cheese


Servings 8


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 glass pan.

Soup on bottom, then chicken, topped with tortilla strips and then cheese.

Bake...not sure how long or at what temperature.
