Ingredients
- 3-5 lbs Escarole,(2 bunches) cleaned and cut.
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 can cannelini beans
- salt and pepper
- 1 chicken bouillion cube and 1 cup water.

Step 1
Boil escarole, add salt and pepper
Saute escarole with olive oil and garlic, add beans and add bouillion mix slowly.
