  • Leftover stuffing
  • Leftover turkey (shredded)
  • Leftover gravy (warmed)
  • Leftover mashed potatoes
  • Leftover corn
  • Corn bread (cut)

Step 1

Brush an 8x8 dish with melted butter.
Add leftover stuffing to the bottom of the pan. Continue layering the pan with turkey, corn, gravy and mashed potatoes. Drizzle any leftover melted butter on top of the potatoes to get them extra browned on top. Place the dish on a cookie sheet in the oven to bake until the mashed potatoes are golden brown and the inside is heated through. Use corn bread to scoop into the casserole.
