yellow squash and peppers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of sliced yellow summer squash
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup julienned green and red peppers
  • 1 tbs canola oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

saute squash, onions, and peppers in oil for 4-5 minutes
add remaining ingredients and cook until tender stirring occassionally
