Taco Casserole/ San's

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. of Hamburger
• Pkg of Taco Seasoning
• 8 oz. Sour Cream (and a little more)
• 1 Tube of Crescent Rolls
• 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
• Dorito Chips (crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Hamburger and drain. Add Taco Seasoning and 1/2 Cup of water. Simmer 5 mins. Stir in sour cream.
Grease 9x13 pan. Place crescent rolls in bottom until covered. Crumble chips inside bag. Sprinkle 1/2 of the bag on top of the rolls. Cover with hamburger mixture. Sprinkle cheese over hamburger and top with remaining chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 mins. Serve hot with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, diced onions, olives or whatever you like. Can use Mexican cheese.
