Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
• 1 tsp Lawry Seasoning Salt
• 1 sm Onion (chopped)
• (Browned all together and drained)
• Add 1/2 envelope of taco seasoning mix.
• 1 8oz Tomato Sauce
• 1 Lg Refried Beans
• Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer meat mixture 5-10 mins. (can add Prestis to taste/Optional)
Use Large Pie dish. Begin with soft tortilla. Layer meat then cheese and another tortilla. Etc...End with a tortilla.I like to lay tortillas in the oven while it preheats (before layering).
Add grated cheddar to each layer.
Bake at 350. for 30 mins.
Optional:
Can add 2 T. Salsa
1 tsp Minced (refrig. garlic) Garlic
A little bit of Chicken (chopped)
Black beans
