Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups panko
- 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons hoisin
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Wasabi Sauce (see recipe)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, hoisin, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and garlic. Add eggs, mixing well until combined. Shape mixture into 2-inch patties.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken patties, in batches if necessary, for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet, and drain on paper towels.
3. Serve immediately with Wasabi Sauce.
