Ingredients

  • 4 C sugar
  • 6 C water
  • 2 small packs of lemon jello
  • 8 cups sweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 C real lemon juice
  • ice cream pail
  • 1 lt ginger ale or 7UP

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the sugar and water, then add the jello.
We buy the big cans of pineapple juice.
Add the pineapple juice.
Freeze in the ice cream pail. Thaw 3-4 hours before use. Add the ginger ale or 7UP.
1 pail to 1 liter of ginger ale or 7UP
This is a great drink for large gatherings such as graduations. Just make multiple batches.
