Ingredients
- 16 scallops wrapped with pancetta
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 shallots, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Black sesame seeds, for garnish

Step 1
Pan fry scallops (start with 1 tbsp olive oil and add as needed. Bring sauce ingredients to a boil, reduce to 1 cup, add butter by tbsp. Serve with scallops. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
