Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat 4 egg yolks. Add condensed milk and lime juice. Beat until thick. Beat 1 egg white till stiff, add sugar gradually, then cream of tartar and fold into above. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake for 15 minute and top with whipped cream.
