Ingredients
- 1 c. either cottage or ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Roquefort, or Gorgonzola or Bleu Cheese
- 1/2 c. butter - soften
- Worcestershire Sauce - dash

Step 1
In a medium bowl, all add ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly. Pack into a crock or bowl. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with rye crackers, pumpernickel bread, etc.
