  • 1-1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • Frosting
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 lb box powder sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream oil and sugar, add beaten eggs.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinammon.
Add to oil-sugar mixture.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake in greased pan.
350* - 30 minutes for layered pans.

Cream cheese and margarine until soft add sugar, vanilla.
