Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 C flour
- 1-1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 C oil
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Coat chicken in flour, 1 tsp salt, paprika and pepper. In frying pan, brown chicken in oil. Remove and drain on paper towel. Place chicken in baking dish. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, celery, oregano and ½ tsp salt. Pour over chicken and bake covered at 350° for 30 min.
