Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 can cream of coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed.  When done, poke holes in cake; pour condensed milk & cream of coconut over cake.  Let stand until completely cooled.  Combine Cool Whip & coconut.  Spread over cake.
