This rub really could be used on any type of meat, or added to vegetables or rice.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried coriander
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Rub desired amount onto the surface of uncooked meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before grilling.
Yields about 2 1/2 Tbsp.
