Ingredients

  • 4 oz ham
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 2 tbsp onion; chopped
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic; minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 pkg pie crust
  • 1 egg; slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 450*F
2. Roll out pie crush on round baking stone
3. Combine all ingredients except egg
4. Spread over crust leaving 1” lip around the outside
5. Brush egg around edge of crust; top with remaining crust.
6. Pinch edges together to seal
7. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown
8. Cut into wedges and serve
