Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp minced fresh chives
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a 7x11" baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, chives, parsley, pepper, mustard and salt in a medium bowl until combined. Pour melted butter into prepared dish; add egg mixture. Bake eggs for 15 mins, stir, then bake until set, about 15 mins more.
3. Remove eggs from oven; let cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve eggs between biscuits if desired.
