Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 can (13.4 oz) dulce de leche

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
In large bowl combine flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
In another large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing until smooth. Do not chill. Place dough into cookie press and press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool 2 minutes on pan set on cooling grid. Remove from cookie sheet; finish cooling on grid.
Spread about 1 tsp dulce de leche on back of half the cookies. Sandwich with remaining cookies.
