Step 1
"I bring a pot of water to a boil. I put basil leaves in a sieve and submerge it in the water. I plunge the sieve into a bowl of ice water, then squeeze out the basil. I salt the boiling water and add spaghetti. I puree the basil with olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan, ricotta, garlic, and salt."
