Step 1

2 tsp chilled white crème de cacao, 2 tsp chilled cherry juice, 2 tsp chilled heavy cream. Put crème do cacao in bottom of shot glass, the tip a teaspoon (not a measuring spoon a regular spoon) upside down over liquoer (spoon should be diagonal, with only the tip touching the liquor) then gently pour cherry juice over curved part of spoon to float it on top of crème doe cacao. Then use a clean, dry teaspoon and do the same thing with the cream to create three distinct layers, then shave on some chocolate on top. I tried on 8/11/08 and it was very good.
