in blender combine one bottle champagne, ½ c vodka, 2 tbsp heavy cream, and 1 c lime sorbet. Blend a serve with lime slice. Tried 04/28/2008, very good. OTHER VERSION****In a blender, or whisk together, combine 1/2 oz vodka, 4 oz Prosecco and 1 scoop sorbet. Can also add 1/4 oz Campari. Other way is to put scoop of sorbet in cup and pour over vodka and sorbet. Garnish with mint, lemon, or orange depending on sorbet flavor.
