Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon or lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash of Hot Pepper sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander or parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and pit avocado. Puree ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Use as a dip for pita chips, tortillas and vegetable sticks. Use as a sauce on tacos and fajitas.
