Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- oil for sauteing
- 16 oz fresh cauliflower florets(you can use frozen but skip the 5 min of cooking time)
- 5 scallion,sliced
- 2 tsp lime juice or rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- splash siracha sauce
- black sesame seeds optional

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the garlic in oil for approx 2 min. Add the cauliflower pieces and saute 5 min. Add the scallions,lime juice,and sauces and continue to cook approx 3-5 min,tossing the cauliflower the entire time.Remove from pan and add sesame seeds before serving.
