Step 1

melt 6 tbsp butter in heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add 1 c brown sugar, ½ c whipping cream, 2 tbsp light corn syrup and stir until sugar dissolves. Then boil for 1 minute. Off the ehat and mix in ½ tsp rum extract and let cool slightly. Good with fruit, cubed breads, cookies.
